Northbrook Preschool

Northbrook Preschool Director Mrs. Pamela Grim graduated from Central Michigan University as a Child Development Major, earning an Elementary Education Teaching Certificate and being an Early Childhood Specialist.  She has been an early childhood educator since 1991, and Preschool Director since 1998. 

Nancy Simpson is our Assistant Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from DePaul University, and has been teaching at Northbrook since 1988.

Barbara Borich has been a teacher with us since 1998. She is a certified teacher, with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University.

Tricia Van Faussien earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton, where she majored in Education. She has worked at Northbrook since 2004, becoming a full-time teacher for our Four’s program in 2006.

Kerry Callaghan  is certified in Elementary Education, holding a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton. Kerry has worked with our staff as a substitute teacher, and joined us full time in 2009.

Tricia LaSota has been a part-time aid with us since the Fall of 2006. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
